Dear Families,
We cannot thank you enough for your generosity in the recent weeks! In April, we had the idea to make art kits (which included crayons, sketch pads, glue sticks, markers, etc.) on Work Together Wednesday during the Week of the Young Child and donate those art kits to children residing at the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey. You made it possible for us to make 50 art bags to donate! We also hosted our 1st Annual Art Show, with all donations for art work being given to the Ronald McDonald House. Yet again, our expectations were surpassed and $326 was raised for the Ronald McDonald House! A portion of these donations will used to purchase breakfast foods when our New Jersey Principals make breakfast for families residing at the Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia and the remainder of the donations will go to the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey, along with the art kits.
