July News Letter

Dear Parents,

Summer is in full swing at Chesterbrook Academy! Students are keeping busy with new and exciting summer activities. It’s been fun having our school-age campers with us all day. We are thrilled they are having a great time making new friends while discovering new attractions. Be sure to pick-up a summer calendar to stay connected with your child’s summer adventures. The Preschool calendar is for Toddler Two – Pre-K, the Junior Campers calendar is for Pre-K 2, and the School Age calendar is for ages 6-9. Weekly summer activities will also be posted on the whiteboard in the lobby.

Although it’s summer, we as early childhood educators continue to look ahead and plan for the upcoming school year. Our Links to Learning curriculum has always provided children with a well-rounded educational foundation. To stay current with the latest research and remain ahead of early education standards our teachers will attend summer training to sharpen their teaching skills.

July marks the beginning of our new fiscal year, which means there will be a small percentage increase in tuition effective July 2nd. If you have any questions or need a copy of the new fee schedule, please let us know. Tuition for the week is due the Friday before. Don’t forget, there is a $25 late fee if tuition is not turned in on time. We do have an auto-draft program that allows for tuition to be pulled from your bank account every week. If you are interested, please bring a voided check and ask for a form and we will help get you set up.

School-age summer camp is a weekly billed program. Please submit payment for the weeks your child attends.

Have a safe and fun Independence Day!

Best Regards,

Lindsey Soban, Principal

Aimee Sherman, Asst. Principal
