Happy May Chesterbrook Academy families! Spring is in full bloom and our students are blossoming. The April showers have brought us May flowers as well as tons of science and math experiences. Students are learning all about the different parts of a flower. Seeds planted in April are now sprouting in to various flowers, fruits, vegetables and herbs. Our student gardeners are learning about all the things plants need to survive. Younger students are classifying flowers by types and sorting by color. We are even using our sense of smell to experience the different smells of different types of flowers and plants.
As Mother’s Day quickly approaches we are in the process of planning our Ma’ Spa. On Friday May 11th at 4:00pm, come be pampered by your child. Stations will be set up in each room for hand massages, manicures, pedicures and back massages, all performed by your child.
