Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall!!

 

It’s finally fall and we can’t wait to experience everything this season has to offer with our students and families. We are looking forward to taking the learning outside. We would like to thank everyone who participated in our Diapers & Wipes Drive. We collected diapers and wipes to donate to North Carolina Disaster Relief fund.

FALL PICTURES 

On Monday October 1st and Tuesday October 2nd we had Fall pictures. We had individual and sibling pictures. Thank you to our parents and staff for making picture day a huge success!

 

 Book Fair

The Week of October 8th to the 12th we will have our scholastic book fair. You will find the books displayed in our front lobby. Parents you will have the opportunity to shop for books for your little ones. Also, teachers will have a bucket with their wish list so that parents could choose to buy from their list for the classroom.

Trunk or Treat: October 31st

October is here! Bring on the costumes!! On Wednesday October 31st at 3pm we will have our Trunk or Treat. For those who would like to bring it candy or treats please remember we are nut-free.  Fruit snacks, cheese puffs, gummies, crackers, etc. are good treats for the Infant and Toddler side of the building.

You can drop all the candy/treats off to the front desk or in the office. We’ll sort everything out according to the appropriateness for each age. We will communicate more detailed information through Tadpoles.

ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
Why spend your evenings and weekends driving to and from practices and programs when your child can participate in there right here at school? Please see the front desk for more information on any of these wonderful programs!
MONDAYS: MUSIC FOR LITTLE ONES   music
Weekly music classes with Music For Little Ones will be lots of fun!! Each week the children will participate in different songs, and activities with music. They will even get to try different musical instruments. They will receive a CD of all songs learned that session. It is a wonderful, musical experience!
TUESDAYS: Soccer Shots soccer
Soccer Shots has three rules: Score a goal, be a team player, and HAVE FUN! This is a great way to get some extra physical fitness in and have a blast doing it! Spaces are still available so sign up today!!
WEDNESDAYS: Yogi Bears Yoga @ 3pm
As a yogi with a passion for yoga and all the benefits it offers the mind and body, it is our yoga instructors personal goal to share her practice with our young ones so the each child in time can cultivate his or her own practice.
THURSDAYS: JUMP BUNCH       jumbunch_logo_up
Jump Bunch introduces sports and fitness to your child in a hands-on setting. It builds coordination and interest in sports, teaches through constant praise and encouragement, offers a safe, non-competitive environment, and promotes healthy fitness and nutrition!
FRIDAYS: AMAZING ATHLETES   
This class encourages kids to explore and develop a variety of athletic skills through the introduction of 9 different sports. Coaches break the fundamental of each sport down into simple steps based on each child’s age and ability. The goal is to create a fun environment that establishes lifetime connections to sports and physical activity.
