From the Principal’s Office
Valentine’s Day parties are scheduled for Thursday, February 14th at 3:00 pm. The classroom have sign up sheets if you would like to bring something in. Please remember store bought items and peanut free. Your child can also bring in valentine cards for their friends. The envelopes can be labeled or blank, the teachers can provide a list of first names.
A reminder the teachers will have their second professional development day on Monday, February 18th. Chesterbrook Academy will be closed, thank you very much for making alternative arrangements for your child on that day. It means a lot to us to be able to have this opportunity to learn how to better our skills.
Please remember if your child is sick do not bring them to school. This helps cut down on the spread of illnesses within the classrooms. If you are not sure on whether to bring them or not please call so that we can discuss the symptoms and decide whether they should come to school.
The second set of parent reports will be completed and sent out at the end of this month. We will not have parent teacher conferences this time, they will be offered again in May with the final reports of the year.
Happy February,
Heidi and Rachel
