Happy Holidays to everyone. We wanted to say thank you to all of the amazing families here that have been very supportive of our “Giving Tree”. We truly appreciate it!
December is going to be a busy month for our students and for you, please keep track of all important dates!
It is my commitment to support the needs of your children, your families, and the school. It is my passion to see your children succeed and thrive in their educational environment. Important Dates:
- ** December 4th: Silly Sock Day
- ** December 14th-18th: Classroom Holiday Projects and Learning
- ** December 18th: Pajama and Cookie Friday
- ** December: 21st Wear Your Favorite Holiday Shirt to School
- ** December 23rd : Bring Your Favorite Winter Book to School
- ** December 24th Christmas Eve (7:30am-12pm)
- ** December 25th: Closed for the Holidays
- ** December 31st : New year’s eve (7:30am-3:00pm)
- **January 1st: Closed for New Year’s
**Colder weather is here; please make sure you have spare clothes that are weather appropriate-(We would like for all children to wear a coat, gloves, and hat to school).
**Sick Policy: To ensure the health and safety of all of our children and staff, please remember to adhere to our sick policy which states: “a child must be free of all symptoms without medication for at least 72 hours before he/she can be returned to school. Following an illness, a child may return to school once he/she has either been seen by a doctor or it has been determined that the illness is not contagious. (A doctor’s clearance may be requested).” All of us truly appreciate your support with this matter!
**If you are planning to take a vacation this holiday season and would like to use your one week vacation credit, (only if you have been here for 6 months or more) please make sure to request for a form, or just send a quick email letting us know the dates***FOR THE WEEK OF DEC. 21- DEC. 25*** YOUR REQUEST MUST BE IN BY Nov. 30, 2020 BY 5:30PM.
Winter transitions for our younger classrooms will be in January 2020. We will be letting you know if your child will be moving to the next classroom.
Remember school starts at 9am everyday, please be on time. Thank you
**Parent Referral Program: Refer a family and after 90 days of enrollment, receive a free week of tuition just for spreading the word! Thank you to all the families who have already referred families to us!
** A gentle reminder that payment is Due the Friday before the following week! If payment is received afternoon Monday, a late payment fee of $25 will be assessed. Thank you! **
