Dear Families,
All of us here at Chesterbrook Academy hope everyone has a safe and exciting time ringing in the New Year. We are excited to see what the new year brings for all and to continue watching all of the children grow and learn every day. The month of January will bring us new friends in our building which we are so excited to meet as well as some fun activities to celebrate Winter.
In January, classrooms will be exploring all about Winter! Please make sure to take a look at your classroom newsletters to learn more about special topics your children will be learning about each week. The monthly folders are a great way to learn about the skills in which we are working on each month and to learn what we have worked on the past month.
With the weather changing, please take the time to send in some winter weather clothing to keep in children’s cubbies. If you are unsure of what you currently have in your child’s cubby, please reach out and we will have the classroom teachers look.
Friendly reminder, Chesterbrook Academy is closed February 15th for President’s Day. We wanted to make sure we gave all families a good heads up. This day is a teacher in-service day.
We look forward to the amazing learning experiences that will occur throughout the month and we look forward to moving into the New Year.
Thank you and have an amazing January
