June Newsletter
A Note From Our Principal,
What a busy month we had in May! May brought flowers, butterflies and special projects for our favorites mommies, and unit studies of fruits and veggies, healthy bodies and transportation! We had also our first virtual Scholastic book fair; we love books! Thank you to all of our families that purchased books for our little friends classrooms. You helped grow our libraries.
The month of June will be just as busy as we kick off our Kindergarten enrichment program, say goodbye to our Pre Kindergarteners at graduation, and invite families back into our building for the first time in a year! We are one step closer to what used to be, we are inviting families back into the building following a step by step process and maintaining all our Covid guidelines since last June. We are so excited to invite our families back into our hallways, and although we are not entering the classrooms, it will be great to provide opportunities for our teachers and families to connect.
We can not wait to begin the summer season together!!
Warmly,
Tanya Meshey
Principal

Love Our School? Review Us!
In today’s connected world, many families turn to online reviews to learn more about the reputation of schools. Just a reminder that you can find our school on Facebook, Google, Yelp and other online directories. We’d love more families like yours, so please consider spreading the word about our school.
Register for Kindergarten enrichment!
We will be offering a Kindergarten enrichment program for children that are heading off to Kindergarten in the fall and could benefit from a little “boost” before heading off to Kindergarten. Children will engage in small groups to enhance pre reading, writing, math and social/emotional development. Children will receive the Let’s Find Out magazine as well as other resources to further build skills in language and literacy, social/emotional skills, and STEM concepts. We are so excited to finally be offering a program for our PreK friends that sends them off even more prepared for Kindergarten.

June 1st—Send in summer items for your child’s cubby
