Dear Families,

I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and a very happy new year. Thank you so much for your generosity last month. Our teachers, administrative team, and I truly appreciate all the thoughtfulness and care we received. We also thank you for your participation in our Holiday Giving initiative; because of your contributions, we were able to donate over 70 NEW pajamas to foster children at Grandma’s Place Foster Care in Royal Palm Beach. We are welcoming many new families to be a part of Chesterbrook next month and we welcome you on January 9th and 11th to our Open House so you can see what it’s like to be part of our school family. As we look forward to the new year, we will continue preparing our Pre-K children for Kindergarten this upcoming fall, getting ready for our Intermediates to start Pre-K and celebrating milestones with our Infants, Toddlers, and Beginners.

Celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr.

We are excited to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. this month as part of our ongoing exploration of diversity and inclusion. We have many meaningful activities planned, including reading inspiring books and having thoughtful discussions about acceptance, belonging, and making a positive impact in the world. We’re looking forward to these important lessons, and we’ll be closed on Monday, January 20th, to honor MLK Day.
