Happy Holidays to everyone. We wanted to say thank you to all of the amazing families here that have been very supportive of our “Giving Tree”. We truly appreciate it! Please remember that all the gifts need to be returned UNWRAPPED with the gift tag tapped to the item. All items are due back by Friday, December 6th by 6:30pm. .
December is going to be a busy month for our students and for you, please keep track of all important dates!
It is my commitment to support the needs of your children, your families, and the school. It is my passion to see your children succeed and thrive in their educational environment. Important Dates:
- ** December 6th: Unwrapped Gifts for the Giving Tree are due.
- ** December 6th: Silly Sock Day
- ** December 13th: Parents Night Out 6:30pm-10:00pm
- ** December16th -20th: Classroom Holiday Projects and Learning
- ** December 18th: Bring Your Favorite Winter Book to School
- ** December 20th: Pajama and Cookie Friday
- ** December 23rd: Wear Your Favorite Holiday Shirt to School
- ** December 25th: Closed for the Holidays
- ** December 27th: Wear Your Favorite Character Shirt to School
- **January 1st: Closed for New Year’s
All ancillary fees will be billed the first week of Dec 2, 2019.
**Colder weather is here; please make sure you have spare clothes that are weather appropriate-(We would like for all children to wear a coat, gloves, and hat to school).
*A gentle reminder that payment is due the Friday before the following week! If payment is received after noon Monday, a late payment fee of $25 will be assessed. Thank you!
**Sick Policy: To ensure the health and safety of all of our children and staff, please remember to adhere to our sick policy which states: “a child must be free of all symptoms without medication for at least 24 hours before he/she can be returned to school. Following an illness, a child may return to school once he/she has either been seen by a doctor or it has been determined that the illness is not contagious. (A doctor’s clearance may be requested).” All of us truly appreciate your support with this matter!
**If you are planning to take a vacation this holiday season and would like to use your one week vacation credit, (only if you have been here for 6 months or more) please make sure to fill out a form in the front lobby. ***FOR THE WEEK OF DEC. 23- DEC. 27*** YOUR REQUEST MUST BE IN BY DEC. 2, 2019 BY 6:30PM.
Winter transitions for our younger classrooms will be in January 2020. We will be letting you know if your child will be moving to the next classroom.
Remember school starts at 9am everyday, please be on time. Thank you
**Parent Referral Program: Refer a family and after 90 days of enrollment, receive a free week of tuition just for spreading the word! Thank you to all the families who have already referred families to us!
