Welcome to 3rd grade at CBA! We’re excited to welcome you, and I can’t wait to have you in my class! In 3rd grade, we leap into learning. We become mathematicians and use our brains to explain why math works! In literacy, we streeaaachhh our thinking to understand and enjoy books! In social studies and science, we’ll look closely at government, life, history, weather, physics, and more! It’s time to get excited! See you soon, my darlings!

-All student work and important documents for return are sent home on Thursdays! Materials students should keep at home (ex: student work that doesn’t need correcting) will be on the “keep” side. Materials that need returned to school (ex: HW, important documents to fill and sign) will be on the “return” side.
-Students are expected to practice multiplication and division fluency on First in math and to read every night for at least 20 minutes as homework. Other homework is classwork that is not finished in class.
Students should have access to all their school applications on their iPads. Their usernames/passwords should be saved, but if there are any issues please reach out!
