NLCI Signs Agreement to Operate New Chesterbrook Academy Preschool at Ellis Preserve

New preschool will provide quality early childhood education for those who live or work at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, as well as the general public.

West Chester, Pa. (March 18, 2015) – Nobel Learning Communities, Inc., the parent company of Chesterbrook Academy preschools and elementary schools, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Campus Investors Central, L.P. an affiliate of Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. to operate a new preschool at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square. The multi-use, 210-acre master planned community will feature a brand-new 12,000 –square-foot Chesterbrook Academy preschool, which   will be able to accommodate approximately 180 children from infancy through kindergarten. In addition to serving employees of the companies located within Ellis Preserve, the new preschool will also be convenient for residents of the surrounding Newtown Square area. Construction on the new Chesterbrook Academy is scheduled to be completed this December.

Chesterbrook Academy preschools combine learning experiences and structured play in a fun, safe and nurturing environment. The Nobel Learning preschool curriculum, Links to Learning, creates a strong educational foundation and helps build social skills, community awareness and self-confidence. The Ellis Preserve Chesterbrook Academy will be open from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, and will also offer school-age programs for before and after school and summer camp.

This new preschool will be the second Chesterbrook Academy in Newtown Square and the 25th in the greater Philadelphia area. The existing Newtown Square Chesterbrook Academy, located at 906 Media Line Road, has been open since 1995.
