We are enjoying the beginning of summer here at Chesterbrook Academy! Our Summer camp kicked off with a visit from Tammy Town where the children talked about different roles people play in the community. Little shops and vehicles adorned our parking lot showing our children what it means to be part of a community. Our junior and senior camps have already enjoyed the great weather by going to the Bartlett Pool, going on a paddle boat ride on the Fox River and mini golfing. The rest of the month entails a visit to the Morke’s Chocolate Factory, interactive storytellers, Young at Art camp, Pirate’s Cove, the Lincoln Park Zoo and the Bulls/Sox academy. We are going to have a busy summer!
