Newsletter-August 2015

Happy August CBA –

With the final weeks of summer camp now upon us, we’re in awe that it has flown by so incredibly fast! It never fails – summer always seems to be on fast forward. It’s always surprising to us not only how fast it goes by, but how much FUN we can cram in to a few short weeks!

August will be no exception – here at CBA we’re continuing with our mission to make Summer 2015 one of the best yet for your children  We have a slew of activities and events still to come…be sure to refer to your weekly updates and class calendars for details. Between now and August 31st our days will be jam packed!

With that in mind – we will also be turning our focus to preparation for Back to School for the 2015/2016 academic year. Be on the lookout for your transition letters – which will detail your class assignments for the coming year (if transitioning).
Additionally, we have our Family Luau and Back to School Night planned for August 28th.

You may notice this year that our Back to School night is planned for just before the school year starts. Based on the feedback from our families, it was determined that although everyone loves B2S Night – it would be much more beneficial to host this event prior to the new school year – and we agree!

This evening will be an informative one for all of our families and students – we want to provide you with LOTS of information on class logistics, give you the opportunity to meet your child’s teachers and also let our students become acquainted with their classmates, classroom and teachers prior to the first official day of school!

As we approach August 31st, please continue to refer your friends and family to us  We appreciate every referral that comes our way – and we DO still have some availability in our programs. Our parent referral program is still going strong as well, take advantage while you can!

As always, thank you for your confidence in our school. We are very much looking forward to the year ahead – each year is its own journey, and we are glad to embark upon this journey with you!

Principal
