Dear Chesterbrook Academy Families,
Welcome to our new school year!
As we settle in to our school routines and turn our attention to the exciting work ahead, we’re always reminded how much fun Back to School is! Meeting new friends, reconnecting with the old – it’s the start of a new, yet familiar journey, and we are very much looking forward to the coming year with all of you!
On Monday, we made the leap into the 2015-2016 year with some big transitions into new classrooms, and back to reality with our school uniforms We have said goodbye to a few CBA favorites, and are happily welcoming new students and faculty members who we will share this year with. It’s been a busy summer of preparation, and now everything is finally getting underway!
We hope that everyone enjoyed Back to School Night on August 28th. Hosting this annual event prior to the start of the year was new for us – and we hope the change was a welcome one. We certainly hope the teacher meetings were beneficial to all of our families, in order to help prepare you for the next week’s transitions.
Our extracurricular activity registration is ongoing – we are welcoming back Happy Feet and Joy of Dance this fall. Classes begin in mid to late September. If you have any questions concerning either program, please let us know.
