June 2017 Newsletter
We had a wonderful month of May! We enjoyed celebrating National Police Week with a visit from the Sheriff’s Office! We also enjoyed the hatching program and watching our chicks grow and returning them safely back to the farm. We are looking forward to some exciting events happening during the month of June, including summer camp activities!
June 2017 Events:
8th – Pre-K 2 Graduation at 4:30pm
9th – Welcome Summer Party at 4pm – All are invited!
16th – Breakfast for dads to celebrate Father’s Day!
16th – Dean Alan Magic Show at 10am
23rd – Funtastic Fitness at 9:30am (Beginners and up)
30th – Recycling Pirates Show at 10am
Summer Camp Splash Day (beginning week of June 12th)
- Splash day will occur once per week for the Infants through Pre-K classrooms, please refer to the schedule below. Please send your child in with sunscreen applied and swimwear on and with a towel, with dry clothes and closed-toe shoes in a plastic bag to change into after the event. We will send the wet clothes home in the bag. Please ensure all items are labeled. In the event of inclement weather on your child’s classroom day, splash day will just be cancelled and resume the following week.
Monday – Infant, Infant II, and Toddler Classrooms
Tuesday – Beginners Classroom
Wednesday – Pre-K Classroom
Thursday – Intermediates I and Intermediates II Classrooms
Notes:
June 9th – Welcome Summer Party will start at 4pm. We will be serving dinner for the students, have face painting, a photo booth, crafts, games, and many other activities planned! We encourage everyone to attend, and bring a friend!
Activity Fees – Please see the summer camp information sheet for information about summer camp activity fees, which are due by June 26th.
Traveling Campers – Summer Camp Registration & Information – If your child is in Pre-K 2 or above, please see the front desk for additional summer camp registration forms and traveling camper’s information.
