June NewsletterA Note from Our Principal
Get ready for an awesome summer! Our teachers and staff are busy planning a fun and unforgettable experience for our students. From sports and games to arts and crafts, we have something for everyone. We will be sharing more information soon via Links 2 Home about our upcoming events and activities. As always, we are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have.Sincerely,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Splash Day will be postponed this summer until further notice. Our outdoor playground is currently unable to be used due to construction happening at the surrounding buildings. This is where we usually host our splash days as it is a secure area and has a main water source. Once we get clearance that it is safe to return, we will resume Splash Day as usual for our Summer Program. We are actively thinking of solutions in the meantime for students to still have water play this summer. We will keep you updated throughout the summer if anything changes. Thank you for your understanding.
Families who are graduating, and or disenrolling, be sure to download/save all your photos from the Links2Home app! Once a child is disenrolled you will no longer have access to their photos from the school year. So don’t forget to keep those precious memories! Start saving your photos now!
Don’t Forget to Re-Enroll for Next School Year!
Thank you to those families who have already secured their re-enrollment for the upcoming school year. Our classrooms are filling quickly and our teachers have already started to plan exciting new activities for next year. For those who have not yet registered, we urge you to complete the re-enrollment process as soon as possible to guarantee your child’s spot for September. Please let us know if you have any questions or need a copy of the Letter of Intent form to complete for the 2023/2024 school year. Thank you for your partnership. We look forward to another year of growth, learning, and fun together!
Did You Know?
Sight words help children become good readers. Our students learn to recognize these words in books, and our teachers work to reinforce them in class… enhancing reading comprehension and fluency, and making reading fun!
Please make sure to refresh the spare clothing in your child’s cubby. Take home anything that no longer fits and leave a spare set of well-fitting, weather-appropriate clothes.
