Happy Holidays! It is hard to believe that the year 2015 is almost over and a new year will begin. It has been a pleasure to watch your children grow these past 11 months and to get to know each of the families here at Estelle Drive better. I look forward to, as do the rest of our wonderful staff for another great year of academics, nurturing and growth. It is with our warmest wishes to all of our families a very blessed and safe holiday season.
Before we part for the next holiday break, there is much to do to prepare for the great event. Please take a look at our December Activity Calendar, Menu, and other wonderful things we have planned for your children to celebrate. A few highlights are: Winterfest, Door Decorating Contest, Parent Night Out, and Polar Express Day. See the fliers posted by the parent mailboxes for more details.
We send a big thank you to members of our new Parent Group who have been helping to plan our Winterfest Celebration. We are still in need of a few more boxes of spaghetti and also candy canes for Santa to hand out. The sign-up sheet for the spaghetti dinner and other items is posted by the parent mailboxes.
Family Holiday Photos should be arriving soon, check with the office for pick up very soon.
Our food drive boxes still have room for more nonperishable items to donate to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank. We will extend the collection to Monday, December 7th, 2015. Thank you to all who donated already.
Please take a look at our lobby fundraising board, Queensboro Clothing is offering a great price on fleece jackets with the Chesterbrook Logo. This is not a fundraiser; this company is where most of our company logo wear is purchased. See the office for details. Other items are available as well, all year long.
Again, we thank you for choosing to bring your child to Chesterbrook Academy. Thank you for allowing us to care and love your children each and every day.
