October was a fabulous month at West Chester CBA ending with our Halloween parade. All of our friends looked so wonderful and they had a great time. We appreciate all of the family and friends who came to participate in this annual tradition.
I will be attending the annual Nobel Learning Communities Principal’s Conference and can’t wait to bring back everything to our teachers. The conference is a good time to reflect on the needs of our schools and share ideas with principals from all over the country. During our Professional Development Day on Friday, November 11th, we will share all the information with the teachers so that they can implement in their classrooms.
On November 14 the Fire Truck will be coming to visit our school. We are sure all our children will be excited to meet our community helpers and see the firetruck on this special day.
We will have a Turkey feast in our classrooms on Thursday November 17. Miss Rhonda will prepare a special meal for all our friends. We are thankful for all of our families at Chesterbrook Academy!
We will be closed on Thursday, November 24th, for Thanksgiving Day. Please let us know if you will be attending school on Friday, November 25th, so that we can have accurate class counts and staff accordingly.
