As the crisp autumn air settles in and the trees turn brilliant shades of orange and red, we’re reminded of how inspiring this season can be. October brings out the curiosity and creativity in our students, with plenty of hands-on learning—from nature walks to pumpkin and leaf-themed activities.
We’re also thrilled about upcoming events like All Hallows Eve at Naper Settlement and our own Trunk N Treat, where students can make lasting memories while having a blast!

Join us for fall-themed fun during our Open House events! Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to explore our school and enjoy seasonal activities. It’s a great time to connect and celebrate together.

Our annual Trunk N Treat is open to the public, so invite your friends to come Trick or Treat! This event will run during our Open House, and if your guests are interested in touring the school, we’d love to show them around. (And don’t forget about our referral bonus!)
You’re welcome to attend just for the treats, or you can join the fun by decorating a trunk and passing out candy. Sign-up is on the clipboard in the office.
Important: All treats must be store-bought and nut-free, as we are a nut-free school.

Enjoy an evening of magic, monsters, and mythical fun at this family-friendly Halloween festival, featuring activities, performances, and spooky delights for kids 16 and under.
Our in-class Halloween celebrations will take place on October 31st in the morning. Look for classroom sign-ups on the clipboards outside your child’s room closer to the date.
