A Note From Our Principal
Happy June! Can you believe it is almost the one year anniversary of our Chesterbrook Reopening?! We are so excited to celebrate that important fact which was only possible because of the diligence and cooperation of all of you. Thank you!
Our teachers have been busy planning special activities to make this summer fun and memorable for all of our children. Please keep an eye out for communications about special events. Also, please remember that our children should be wearing closed toe shoes, sneakers, for outdoor play. On Water Play Days, they may bring water shoes to wear outside for that period of time but still should have a pair of sneakers to put on after Water Play. We ask that the children wear their bathing suits to school in the morning and bring a change of clothes for afterwards. It is also important to remember to put sunscreen on your children each morning before they come to school. The teachers will re-apply the sunscreen you sent in for them in the afternoon before their outdoor play time.

We know that summer is a busy time for our families and we want to communicate school happenings to our families as clearly as possible to ensure that no one is left out of the loop. Daily Reports are sent via email each day, but the Links 2 Home app is always accessible to report any absences or important messages to your children’s teachers.
Vacation Reminder
If you have a vacation planned, we ask that you please let us know so we don’t worry when we don’t see you or your children on a scheduled day. If you would like to use your one week vacation credit, please ask for a Vacation Form to complete and hand in to Ms. Chrissy or Ms. Pam. Please remember that your Vacation Credit only becomes available after six months of enrollment and can only be used in a week block of time. Thank you.
