April was full of meaningful moments, from celebrating the magic of early childhood during Week of the Young Child to helping our students discover how they can help care for our planet on Earth Day. We’re proud to nurture young changemakers and empower them to make a difference! As we look ahead to May, we’re excited to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week and all the wonderful mother figures in our community.
Teacher Appreciation Week
May 4 – 8 is Teacher Appreciation Week – the perfect time to celebrate our amazing teachers and share our gratitude for the care, inspiration, and encouragement they provide our students each day. They shape the heart of our school community, and we are so fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented team! Please see the attached flyer for events.
AAPI
May is Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month. In celebration, we will explore the culture and traditions of the AAPI community, with a school-wide event on May 14th.
School-Age Summer Camp & Kindergarten Enrichment
Time is running out! Save your spot now for our Kindergarten Enrichment, School Age, or Extreme Campers Summer Camp program. There is nothing that compares to watching your child’s confidence grow and seeing them have fun and make friends. By enrolling, you’re giving them a summer they’ll never forget. Please see our admin team to finalize your student’s summer plans.
Rising Kindergarten Graduation
What a journey it’s been! We are so proud of our rising kindergarten students for all they’ve accomplished and how much they’ve grown here at Chesterbrook Academy Brambleton II. Please join us as we celebrate their time with us and their bright futures ahead – save the date for Wednesday, June 3rd – more details to come soon.
Family Referral Bonus
Do you know a colleague who has recently had a baby, a friend in need of care who just relocated to the area, or a family member who is seeking a new preschool for their child? When you refer a friend and they enroll, you’re eligible for a free week of tuition. Ask us for details!
